Miho Nakayama (中山美穂), born March 1, 1970, is a Japanese actress, singer and former model.
In 1995 she starred in the film Love Letter, directed by Shunji Iwai. The film was a huge box-office success and Nakayama won a number of awards including Best Actress at both the Blue Ribbon Awards and the Yokohama Film Festival. In 1998 she was nominated for a Japanese Academy Award for her role in Tokyo Biyori, directed by Naoto Takenaka.
As a singer she belonged among the J-pop idols of the '80s alongside Akina Nakamori, Seiko Matsuda and Shizuka Kudo.
