“Boys Will Be Bugs” is the first track of the split EP "Animal Kingdom: Comet". This song is about the toxic masculinity toward teenage boys that is portrayed in society. Robbie recognizes that he doesn’t fit in with this stereotype. He doesn’t wanna be mean and bully anyone; he just wants to play with bugs. Robbie’s also known to prefer being friends with girls. Cavetown (he/they) is formally known as Robin Daniel Skinner, a 25-year-old singer/songwriter from Cambridge, England. As of November 2022, he has released eight studio albums, one live album, and one collaborative mixtape. Cavetown has become increasingly popular on YouTube from a combination of both these original songs and covers that he has produced and uploaded.
