Reneé Mary Jane Rapp (born January 10, 2000) is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. Rapp gained recognition for starring as Regina George in the Broadway musical Mean Girls and Leighton Murray in the Max comedy series The Sex Lives of College Girls. She reprised the role of Regina George in the 2024 film Mean Girls and also contributed to its soundtrack. In 2022 she started to record her own songs, her first single Tattoos was released on June 3, 2022. Her first EP Everything To Everyone was released on November 11, 2022. In February 2023, Everything To Everyone (Deluxe) was resealed, featuring two new songs. On November 14, 2022, Rapp announced her first tour, Everything to Everyone: The First Shows, the sold-out US tour ran from December 6–18, 2022. On January 19, 2023, she performed a three time venue upgraded sold-out show at the O2 Forum Kentish Town. Her debut studio album Snow Angel was released on August 18, 2023. On June 16, 2023, Rapp announced an international Snow Hard Feelings Tour, supported by Alexander 23 and Towa Bird. On November 17, 2023, Snow Angel (Deluxe) was released, featuring four new songs, including Tummy Hurts (feat. Coco Jones) - Remix. The official video for the remix was released on November 17, 2023. On January 12, 2024, Mean Girls (Music From The Motion Picture) was released, including Regina George's solo songs Meet the Plastics, Someone Gets Hurt and World Burn. Rapp joined Jeff Richmond and Nell Benjamin to write a new musical number for Cady, titled What Ifs, to replace It Roars, the introductory song for the character in the stage version.
