"FRIENDS" is a song by American Hip-Hop/R&B duo The Carters (Beyoncé & JAY-Z), from their debut album EVERYTHING IS LOVE where it's the sixth track on the album. On the Billboard Hot 100 charts "FRIENDS" debuted and peaked at 99. On FRIENDS, The Carters pay tribute to the close friends each has developed throughout their hugely successful lives. While Beyoncé doesn't drop any specific names, Jay-Z shouts out longtime buddies such as Tyran "Ty Ty" Smith and his cousin Emory Jones, as well as others who majorly contributed to his success.
