There are two artists called André: 1) A four-man rock band from Montréal, Québec, Canada. 2000-2009 2) An Armenian who competed at the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest 1) André is a rock band from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The band is made up of Maxime Philibert, Frédérick St-Onge, Louis Therrien-Galasso, and David Bussières. Initially, André was a one-time project to create original music for a film student. The experiment is conclusive, and Maxime Philibert-Louis Galasso Therrien decided to meet their own commands and combine their derision pretty melodies. At the end of 2001, Frederick St. Onge, a longtime friend, joined the group. In October 2003, they released their first mini-album, In the basement of Carlos, directed by Eric Goulet (Dogs, Vincent Vallières, Yann Perreau), who is at the top of the charts from college radio and community in Quebec. In fall 2005, the trio became quartet launches debut album - The Latest Models of menswear - who gets a very warm welcome of the media covering the emerging scene. 2) André (born Andrey Hovnanyan, 1979 Stepanakert) is an Armenian pop singer and winner of Best Male Singer at the Armenian Music from 2004 to 2008. He is best known outside his home country for representing Armenia at their debut Eurovision Song Contest in 2006 with the song Without Your Love. He finished in 8th place. Read more on Last.fm.
