Artur Andrus

Artur Andrus (born Sanok, Poland, December 27, 1971) is a Polish journalist, poet, lyric-writer, singer, cabaret compere and cabaret performer. Since 1994 he has worked on Programme III (commonly known as "Trójka") of Polish public broadcaster, Polskie Radio - most notably as a host of „Powtórka z rozrywki” show (which roughly translates to Entartain me again). He acts as a compere in Warsaw's cabaret „Piwnica pod Harendą” and Łódź's „Przechowalnia” as well as on other cabaret meetings and shows. He is known as a vivid promoter of many young cabaret troupes and other cabaret-like phenomenons. Together with Andrzej Poniedzielski he wrote dialogs for a TV series "Sprawa na dziś" (2003) and was a member of its supporting cast. Since 2005 he has been a recurring guest of a satirist show "Szkło kontaktowe" (eng. Contact Lens) aired by TVN24. based on: http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Artur_Andrus Read more on Last.fm.
