As a breathe of fresh air in an often choking industry, Chicago’s Bottles of Wine possesses the talent, artistry and passion to bring real, guitar-based Rock N’ Roll to music’s forefront. At a time when the week’s number 1 single can be as generic, cliché and computerized as a politician’s persona, Bottles of Wine have delivered a no-frills, quintessential Rock N’ Roll album, accurately entitled “Blessed With Fire”. While known for powerful live performances, “Blessed With Fire”, Bottles of Wine’s debut record, captures the band’s true essence and sound, thus carving out their place in an increasingly overlooked genre.
