Christopher Klassen

Christopher Klassen is a German jazz singer, who studied and graduated at the Conservatory of Amsterdam, Netherlands. In May 2006 he founded the Christopher Klassen Quartet with three fellow students and played on festivals, in concert halls and jazz clubs in the Netherlands, Germany and Korea. The original line-up consisted of Christopher (vocals), Jihee Heo (piano), Sung-Su Kim (double bass) and Jens Ellerhold (drums). Their first CD, called "Arirang", is out since May 2007 and features original compositions and arrangements of German and Korean traditional folk songs. Read more on Last.fm.
