Daisy Villa

Born into a musical Family in the City of Los Angeles, Daisy had an array of influences growing up. From Nina Simone, Phoebe Snow, Stevie Wonder, Sade, Rocio Durcal, Juan Gabriel, Bjork, and Madonna. She began her career as a songwriter and vocal arranger. Her first big break came with the Grammy award winning group The Rippingtons feat Russ Freeman. She wrote and performed the chart topping single RHYTHM OF YOUR LIFE, which was a featured single on the "Life in the Tropics" Album. From there Daisy Villa began to put her stamp across several musical genres. From Adult Contemporary, Latin Jazz, Hip Hop and R & B. Daisy Villa has had top singles across the Globe. Working with high noted DJ/Producers like Glenn Underground, David Tort, DJ Ruff, Kurd Maverick, DJ Umek, King Britt. She has performed along side an array of artist, like Amel Larriuex, Les Nubians, Chico Debarge, Brian Mcknight, Ron Patterson, Lina, Chaka Khan, N'Dambi, Stevie Wonder, Indie Arie, Robin Thick, Jon B, Blu Cantrell, Deborah Cox, Stokley Williams of Mint Condition and countless others. In the Latin genre she has done vocal production for major recording artist such as El Puma. She has also performed with Jimena a mexican pop singer, Mariana a mexican pop singer and actress.
