Isaia Huron

A husky-voiced alternative R&B, soul, and pop singer, Isaia Huron cut his teeth as a drummer before stepping out on his own with a series of EPs including 2020's lush Three and 2021's Bound. A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Huron relocated to Nashville in 2018 and quickly became an in-demand drummer for various bands. During this time, he was also issuing his own music online, honing his skills, and growing in confidence as a singer, songwriter, and producer. In 2020 he released his debut EP, Three, which showcased his dynamic vocals and keen ear for pairing sultry R&B with melodic pop hooks, especially on standout single "Loving You Is a Mountain." Later that year he issued Libbie, a compilation comprised of early material, as well as a pair of singles, "Somehow I Knew" and a cover of DJ Snake and Justin Bieber's "Let Me Love You." 2021 marked the arrival of the ebullient "Self!" which appeared on his sophomore EP, Bound. Later in the year, Huron delivered his third EP, Cerulean Tapes, which featured the silky "One in a Million." Read more on Last.fm.
