There are at least four bands named Modern Man: 1. Modern Man was Sputzy Sparacino's popular Pittsburgh R&B/Dance/Cover band from 1984-1990 after his departure from his first popular Pittsburgh R&B/Dance/Cover band Gigolo. 3. Instrumental Avant-Garde Metal band from Sacramento, CA. Made up of former members of Times of Desperation, Competing, and Hella.
