There are multiple artists named Parhelion: 1) Parhelion is the solo ambient project of Ihor Dawidiuk, musician and graphic designer based in Toronto, Canada. Parhelion delves into the musical exploration of Arctic landscapes. Thick drones, icy synth pads and shimmering sounds which erupt into cataclysmic torrent of emptiness and echoing reverb. Ihor Dawidiuk is also the guitarist of Canadian post-rock band Tunturia.
