Sable Hills

Sable Hills is a metalcore band from Tokyo, Japan. The group was formed in September 2015 by two brothers, Takuya on vocals and Rict on guitar. The band now consists of Takuya, Rict, Wataru (guitar and vocals), Ueda (bass) and Keita (drums). Throughout their career, Sable Hills has supported numerous overseas bands during their Japan tours. In 2017, they had the opportunity to perform at the prestigious BLOODAXE FESTIVAL at Kawasaki Club Citta' and Crystal Lake's TRUE NORTH FESTIVAL at Studio Coast in Shinkiba. On August 7th, 2019, Sable Hills released their first full album titled "EMBERS". In April 2021, Sable Hills won an audition to perform at Wacken Open Air, Germany's largest metal festival. In March 2023, Sable Hills organized their first self-produced festival, "FRONTLINE FESTIVAL," held at Kawasaki Club Citta. The band further showcased their artistry with a one-man live performance at Daikanyama UNIT in June 2023. This event also marked the official inclusion of Wataru as a guitarist and vocalist, expanding the band's lineup. Expanding their reach and popularity, Sable Hills confirmed their first headline tour titled "Chaos J.P. 2023" in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka, scheduled for August 2023. Continuing their upward trajectory, Sable Hills unveiled their second album, "DUALITY," on June 3rd, 2022. The release was enhanced by the expertise of renowned producer Mark Lewis, known for his work with esteemed bands like UNEARTH and WHITECHAPEL.
