Super Junior K.R.Y.

Super Junior K.R.Y, created around late 2006, is a trio which was formed from South Korean boy band Super Junior members Kyuhyun, Ryeowook, and Yesung. They have participated in the Original Soundtrack of the tvN Drama Hyena with a total of three tracks, including the main theme. K.R.Y.'s first official performance was on November 4th, 2006, at KBS's Music Bank. Each member of Super Junior has developed a particular persona and subsequent fan-base, the label has decided grouped those members sharing similar qualities and having them perform particular songs to target a particular audience. The members of K.R.Y, for instance, are amongst the most vocally powerful of the members of Super Junior, and have developed a marketable style as the mournful ballad singers (a style that has proven very popular in recent years, although stagnation in the style's development is causing it to lose its once fresh evocative power).
