Tati Quebra Barraco

Tatiana dos Santos Lourenço, better known as Tati Quebra Barraco, is a Brazilian singer and songwriter of funk carioca, recognized as one of the pioneers in the musical genre, and one of the main exponents of the style. Tati was born and raised on the outskirts of Rio de Janeiro, in the favela of Cidade de Deus. Her work has songs that openly talk about sex, female empowerment, independence and self-love. For this reason, Tati Quebra Barraco has become a feminist and LGBTQ+ icon. Among her biggest hits are the songs "Boladona", "Desce Glamourosa", "Sou Feia Mais Tô na Moda" and "Dako é Bom". Her DVD, called Tati Quebra Barraco Ao Vivo, won the "Gold DVD" award from the program Domingo Legal. The singer has international projection and has performed several shows abroad, mainly in Germany, Switzerland, Holland and the United States. Read more on Last.fm.
