Songwriters, Nati and Dao, team up back in 2006 to create what we now know as Vanaz. Among ther musical journey, they have had the pleasure to share stage, with renown pop/rock latin musicians such as Aleks Syntek, Belinda, Moderaton, Belanova, Camila, and more! Their new CD, features an organic sound that take us back decades in what they call retro pop. It features, not only their own compositions, but it also features the participation in 3 songs by famous songwriter, Carlos Lara, and Latin Grammy Winner for best Song of the Year, Claudia Brant, and a duo with world famous Marciano Cantero, lead singer and Basist from legendary Latin Rock Band, Los Enanitos Verdes. With an organic and pure style and a music that comes from the heart is what defines Vanaz. Their new self title album contains 10 songs that tell us stories from the heart was produced by Gustavo Borner [RDB, Kudai, Sin Banderas, Ricky Martin]. It bring us a a great sound with pure roots. Vanaz cultivates a past, and, at the same time, a future sound with original fusions from all kinds of bands, from the forties to the present! This new production counts with the colaborations of Carlos Lara (RBD, Kudai) and Claudia Brant (Sin Bandera and Reyk), as well as hispanic rock legend Marciano Cantero in the song "Un Extrano Sabor". This CD also counts with the participation of Jon Gilutin (RBD, Enanitos Verdes) and Abe Laboriel Jr. on the drums (Eric Clapton, Paul MacCartney, Sting, Shakira), among others.
