One Left Behind came to fruition in the Fall of 2010. Joey Wright had just returned home from the Army to learn that this band was looking for a new vocalist. From the very first song they sounded like they had been playing together forever. And in a way they had. All of the members had played together or with other bands off and on locally for years. A few of them have jammed together since High School, including Marching Band that went all the way to State. In just a few short months they had 12 original songs and had won a local Battle of the Bands. Joey Wright, our vocalist also can play guitar, bass, and percussion. Joey puts out lyrics faster than the others can come up with new melodies and riffs. Robert Arnold plays lead and rythm guitar. Rob is a multi- genre musician and brings all of those talents and skills to his style. Garret Ussery on drums is also a local Fireman. Good thing, too, cause Garret can really burn up those sticks! Aaron Beckner on Bass also sings back up vocals and can play percussion. T.J. Palmer is the glue that has held pieces of several bands together over time until this band came together.
