Born in Australia in 1964. Son of Spanish immigrants that fled Spain..s facism. 1989 Best Jazz Soloist awarded by the Spanish Ministry of Culture-. Berklee College of Music 1992 graduate in commercial arranging. Professor at the" Conservatorio del Liceu" of Barcelona and of the Liverpool Institute for the Performing Arts. Has received commission for his composition THE IMMIGRANT by the UK Arts Council , L.I.P.A and was awarded the commission by the S.G.A.E to write the first 400 page text book on arranging and orchestration, EL ARREGLO UN PUZZLE DE EXPRESION MUSICAL (3RD EDITION) in the spanish language. His educational developments have recieved acclaim from The E.U Educational Commission. Currently developing solo career as a composer and performer( his music highly recommended by Playboy , Guitar Player and others) he is releasing his 4th solo cd with Grammy nominee Alphonso Johnson, Dave Garfield( George Benson) on piano and Walfredo Reyes ( Santana) on Drums.
