百景

百景 (eng., Hyakkei) is an instrumental post-rock group formed in the year 2003 near Osaka, Japan, consisting of bassist Kiyabu Natsuko, drummer Tanaka Ken, and guitarist Nakamoto Shuhei. "Hyakkei" in Japanese literally translates to 'hundreds of landscapes,' and when you listen to their songs, you'll understand why the band chose such a name; listening along, 百景 attempts to paint pictures of hundreds of sweeping majestic views. The band has been to America and Taiwan on tour, and they currently have two albums --- "Standing Still in a Moving Scene" [2006] and "おくりもの" [2009] --- as well as an EP released in 2010 under the name of "とおくをつなぐもの." 百景 at one point had an official site, but due to a dead link their only remaining band-maintained website is their Myspace page which can be reached at the following link in order to listen to their newest music: http://www.myspace.com/hyakkei Read more on Last.fm.
